033【Our Technical Capabilities】2025/07/17 This time, we would like to introduce our original chucking fixture, which was conceptualized, designed, and manufactured in-house to improve processing efficiency and workability when we undertook the mass production machining of bronze cast products. This fixture is characterized by its structure that allows simultaneous processing of two workpieces using a two-axis parallel drill, emphasizing machining efficiency. Therefore, even if there is a thickness variation of up to 1.5mm between the two workpieces (the white and blue plates in the photo), it is designed to ensure that they are chucked evenly and securely with four claws. Additionally, a single tightening lever can open and close all four claws simultaneously, making the workpiece loading and unloading process very efficient.
